Hi, I’m Cody — a Kansas City wedding DJ dedicated to creating unforgettable celebrations filled with great music, seamless moments, and a packed dance floor.
Born and raised in Kansas City, music has always been a major part of my life. From an early age, I was surrounded by it through my father’s years as a musician and my stepfather’s work providing live sound services throughout the Kansas City area. It was rare that a weekend went by where I wasn’t involved in some way.
In 2007, at just 17 years old, I began my journey as an Emcee and Disc Jockey. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to perform at corporate events, private celebrations, and countless weddings throughout the Midwest. Today, I continue to bring that experience, energy, and attention to detail to every couple I work with.
I understand that planning a wedding can feel overwhelming because I’ve experienced it myself. As someone who has been married for over a decade, I know how important it is to trust the people helping bring your wedding day vision to life. My goal is to make the music planning process simple, enjoyable, and stress-free while creating an atmosphere your guests will remember.
Outside of DJing, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our four children. Music is still a big part of our home, and seeing my family enjoy the same thing that inspired me years ago is one of the reasons I love what I do.
Beyond my work as a DJ, I have also served the Kansas City community as an Emergency Medical Technician and currently lead operations for a large organization. Those experiences have helped me develop the preparation, communication, and leadership skills needed to handle the unexpected and keep events running smoothly.
