I am a Wedding DJ based in Kansas City, with a deep understanding of the intricacies of event music planning. My roots are firmly planted in Kansas City, where I was born and raised, and I attended Kansas City Kansas Community College. Alongside my career, I’ve been happily married to my wife for 12 years, and we are blessed with three wonderful children.
Having gone through the wedding planning process myself, I fully grasp how overwhelming it can be for couples. With an annual DJ workload of 15 to 20 weddings, I bring my extensive experience to the table, ready to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.
Beyond my work, I cherish spending quality time with my wife and three kids. Our family includes an eleven-year-old son, a eight-year-old daughter, and a four-year-old son, all of whom share a passion for music and can’t resist dancing to their favorite tunes. In addition to my DJing, I have worked as an Emergency Medical Technician in various roles across Kansas City, and I currently manage an operation at Amazon.

Our Story
I’ve had exposure to the music industry since my early childhood. My father enjoyed several years as a musician, while my stepfather offered live sound services in the Greater Kansas City area. It was a rare weekend when I wasn’t somehow involved in music. In 2007, at the age of 17, I started my journey as an Emcee and Disc Jockey. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of performing at various corporate and private events, with a special focus on weddings across the Midwest. While there is no shortage of Disc Jockeys in Kansas City, Kansas City Event DJ was created with the goal of delivering exceptional quality at affordable rates. I hold myself to the highest standards, constantly striving to evolve as a Disc Jockey and create unforgettable experiences at every event.
